How to get 5-star only reviews on Google from almost ALL of your clients.
PS: I used to sell this for $500 / month...
Watch the 5-min video or read the text below
Step 1: Building the Survey
You need to create a simple survey on your website to send to clients after they received the service to get reviews from them.

  1. First we have to create a landing page for the survey, where people land once they click on the link you send them
  2. All you have to do here is:
  3. create a header, something like “Thank you for choosing XYZ Company”
  4. and a simple form with one question: “How would you rate our services” and 5 reply options: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars
  5. We are now going to create another page on our website. Just duplicate the survey page and change the form.
  6. Now the form should have 2 questions: full name and “how can we improve”
  7. Here comes the kicker: put your google maps review link for the 5-star button; and the second survey link for all other buttons.
Meaning: if someone clicks on the 5-star button, they will be redirected to the google maps page and leave you a 5-star review there. However, if they click on anything else - they will be redirected to the other page, and their review will remain internal (it wont appear on google maps).

That way you can send this survey link to EVERYONE and only get 5-star reviews on google. Simpe 😉
Step 2: Farming Reviews
Now that we have the system, time to farm some reviews
Whichever CRM system or platform you are using to communicate with your clientbase, I am sure you can setup an automation which sends everyone an sms once they get their service. And that is exactly what we need.
Basically, create an automated message which is sent to every client after the service.
How to create the perfect message
  1. It has to be personalised. The more hand-written it looks - the more obligated people feel to reply / act. Make sure to include at least a few custom variables to make the client think it was hand-written.
  2. Normally, there is not need to offer anything if the client is fresh (recently got your service). However, if we are talking about an old client - there is not much emotion left regarding your service, so we need to incentivize them by offering something (a discount or a chance to win something in a giveaway - basically, anything of value).
Here are two proven templates you can use right now
  1. Hey, NAME! Its YOURNAME from COMPANY again! I hope you are enjoying the fresh feel of your CAR. Would mean the world to me if you could leave us a quick review: LINK. Takes 10 seconds
  2. Hey, NAME! Its YOURMAN from COMPANY, you had your XXX with us a few weeks ago, I hope YYY. We are actually running a giveaway right now, just leave us a quick review to join: LINK. Wont take more than 10 seconds 🤝🏼
